What is TelePharma Savers+ Plan?

TelePharma Savers+ is a digital healthcare solution aimed at modernizing primary healthcare services in Malaysia. It offers an e-commerce marketplace for medical supplies, devices, consumables etc to primary healthcare facilities such as general practitioners, specialist clinics etc. The digital healthcare solution is provided by eMedAsi and it comes bundled with CelcomDigi Business 5G WiFi and Business Postpaid 168 plan.

Who can subscribe to this TelePharma Savers+ Plan?

TelePharma Savers+ package is only open to all healthcare providers with the necessary BRN.

Does the bundle come with a commitment contract?

Yes, it comes with a 24-month contract

What is the Geran Digital PMKS Madani?

An initiative from the Malaysian government to help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) improve digitisation applications in their daily business operations. The grant will match 50% or up to RM5,000 for eligible businesses. This grant is only applicable for the first 12 months of the contract bundle.

How do I qualify for this Digital PMKS Madani grant?

To qualify your business needs to be pass these criteria:

  • Available to MSME and Cooperative registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
  • The company is at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
  • The company has been in operation for at least six months.
  • The company has a minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.
  • Must not have received previous Digitalisation Matching Grants.

Are all products subjected to the 50% off or up to RM5,000 from the Geran Digital PMKS Madani?

Only selected solutions offered by CelcomDigi come with the 50% off rebate for the first 12 months of the contract bundle.

What does 'post distribution' mean?

Post distribution shows the types of content you posted (images, videos, etc.) and how frequently each type was posted. This helps identify which content formats are most used and most effective.

Any additional cost involved?

Processing fee (RM10/line), SST and proration (if any).

What is eMedAsia?

eMedAsia is a digital platform aimed at modernizing primary healthcare services in Malaysia. It offers an e-commerce marketplace for medical supplies, devices, consumables etc to primary healthcare facilities such as general practitioners, specialist clinics etc. eMedAsia also provides laboratory services.

Who can use eMedAsia?

The platform is open to all private clinic owners, including dental, ambulatory care centres, and hospitals. Patients can also use eMedAsia to access healthcare services.

How do I register my clinic on eMedAsia?

Registration is free. Visit the eMedAsia website, click on 'Register', and fill out the required details about your clinic. The documents required are Borang B/F, APC and MMC.

What benefits do clinic owners get from using eMedAsia?

Clinic owners can procure medical supplies at competitive prices, manage logistics efficiently, access biochemistry services and gain access to a wide network of suppliers and other clinics within Malaysia.

How does eMedAsia help with inventory management?

eMedAsia provides third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services, including warehousing, processing, picking, packing, and last-mile delivery, which helps reduce inventory costs. 

How long will my order take to reach my clinic?

Each order will take approximately 2-5 business days to be completed. 

What should I do if I encounter technical issues on the eMedAsia platform?

Is my personal and medical information secure on eMedAsia?

Yes, eMedAsia uses advanced security measures to protect your personal and medical information. Data shared with healthcare providers is handled with strict confidentiality.

What future services does eMedAsia plan to offer?

eMedAsia plans to expand its digital services to include comprehensive primary and specialist care services, enhanced patient experiences, and optimized health outcomes through business process automation and integrated solutions. eMedAsia plans to develop its own Patient Management module which would allow clinics to monitor and manage patient flow. Lastly, eMedAsia plans to develop its own Clinic Management System which will be available to all its members.

What is Business 5G WiFi?

Business 5G WiFi offers easy, seamless connectivity with router that requires no complex setup, allowing you to quickly access the internet without any installation.  

How can I stay updated with new features and services on eMedAsia?

You can stay updated through eMedAsia social media pages or regularly checking their website for announcements and updates.

How do I install the router?

Setting up is super easy. The advanced 5G home router connects wirelessly to the network so there is no need for ethernet cables or extra hardware.  

Just plug it in where you get the strongest 5G signal in your home – as close to a window as possible.  

A strong signal is indicated by the LED light on your router.

How does eMedAsia benefit from the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA)?

eMedAsia is supported by the MMA via its investment arm KOOP MMA. This partnership helps in integrating healthcare services and improving access to primary care across Malaysia.

Through this collaboration general practitioners are able to help and support each other. As eMedAsia’s slogan goes “For doctors, By doctors”.

How fast is the Internet connectivity?

You will enjoy Internet speed of up to 300Mbps via WiFi and 500Mbps via cable.

What happens if my area has intermittent 5G connectivity?

Upon intermittent 5G connectivity, you will be connected to a 4G network.

Where can I check the 5G coverage area?

You may check here or visit the nearest Celcom or Digi outlets to check whether your address falls within the 5G coverage area.

Does the 5G home WiFi come with calls and SMS?

This plan does not support calls and SMS.

Can I use this service whilst roaming overseas?

No, you cannot use this service outside Malaysia.

If I have exceeded the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), can I continue to browse?

Yes, upon exceeding the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) allocation of (1000GB), the speed will be throttled down to 512kbps until your next billing cycle. To continue the service at regular speeds, you may purchase an add-on Internet plan.

How do I purchase an add-on Internet plan?

You can purchase an add-on Internet plan via the Celcom Life app, Celcom Life Hub, MyDigi app or by dialing *200#.

If I have an active Plus Daily Plan subscription, which Internet quota will be utilized first?

The Plus Daily Plan will be utilized first.

Can I purchase multiple Plus Daily Plan subscriptions?

No. Multiple purchases upon active subscription for Plus Daily Plan is not allowed.

Will I get to view the Internet add-on plan I have subscribed to?

Yes. You can view the Internet add-on plan you have subscribed to via the Celcom Life app, Celcom Life Hub & MyDigi app. However, your Plus Monthly Plan quota will be added to your base plan Internet quota.

What is CelcomDigi Business Postpaid 5G 168 Plan?

CelcomDigi Business Postpaid 5G 168 is a Plan that offers Unlimited 5G to help your business cope with greater demand for connectivity, now and in the future.

What happens to my unutilized Internet add-on plan quota upon expiry of the subscription?

Any unutilized quota will be forfeited after 24 hours for the Plus Daily Plan, or upon renewal of your bill cycle for the Plus Monthly Plan.

How much do I have to pay for this mobile plan?

The price has been included in the package bundle price, you don’t have to pay a separate amount except for the Add Ons (If any).

What is the warranty period for the router?

The router has a warranty period of twenty-four (24) months.

What if my router is faulty and needs replacement?

The provided Plug-and-Play WiFi routers are covered by a limited warranty during your contract period.

What does Unlimited Calls to all Networks mean?

Unlimited Calls apply to all domestic mobile/fixed on-net and off-net usages (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers, calls to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers and calls to 121 numbers).

Where do I go to replace a faulty router?

You can walk-in at any Celcom Bluecube & Digi Stores for a device replacement.

What happens if my area has intermittent 5G connectivity?

Upon intermittent 5G connectivity, you will be connected to a 4G network.

What devices can I connect to the 5G home router?

You can connect any Wi-Fi capable devices in your home to the 5G home router, from PCs to laptops to set top boxes to smart appliances.

What is the difference between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal on my 5G home WiFi plan?

The 5 GHz signal is faster but covers a shorter distance and has weaker wall penetration. The 2.4 GHz signal is slower but covers a greater distance with better wall penetration.

What are the countries included in my FREE roaming feature?

There are 22 countries included in the FREE roaming feature: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, Vietnam.

Who owns the router?

The router remains CelcomDigi's property throughout the contract period. Customers will obtain ownership and entitle to the router upon expiry of your contract period. For clarity, in the event you opt for service cancellation before the contract expires, you may keep the router subject to payment of termination penalty charges.

Can I use the Monthly Internet quota while roaming?

No. The Monthly Internet quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming will be chargeable on top of monthly commitment at roaming charges.

What happens if the 5G WiFi router provided by CelcomDigi was damaged or lost during my contract period?

Any loss or damage (physical damage, water damage, lightning strike, burned, or negligence by customer) due to negligence or abuse is not covered under the warranty, and any requests for replacements are chargeable, you will be offered with an outright replacement option at RRP.

What happens if I fully utilise my monthly Internet allocation within the billing cycle?

You can still enjoy the Internet access at 64kpbs up to 15GB. To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you can purchase the Internet Add-On via Celcom Life App or Business Portal.

Can I purchase the router without a contract?

No, the package comes with 24-month contract.

What happens if I do not fully utilise my monthly Internet allocation?

Any unutilised Internet allocation will be forfeited upon commencement of the next billing cycle.

Can I keep the router(s) once the contract period has expired?

Yes, the router ownership will be transferred to you once the contract expires.

If I have exceeded the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), can I continue to browse?

Yes, upon exceeding the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) allocation of (800GB) of the Mobile Internet Quota, Internet Usage will be throttled down to 10mpbs until your next billing cycle.

Can I terminate my plan before the contract ends?

If you terminate before the contract ends, it will trigger a penalty and early termination fees apply.

How do I terminate my contract?

Termination of service can be made to CelcomDigi careline by dialing *1111.

Can I terminate one of the packages included in the bundle?

No, you cannot terminate individual packages within the bundle. The entire bundle must be terminated as a whole.
